Our signature home with a main floor master suite, the 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath Sycamore represents the best design elements we've found in 1 ½ story plans. For example, our master bedroom suite has no second floor bedroom space above it, providing peace and quiet for the owners. A desirable first floor study is a nice space for a home office or a formal living room. Everyone loves the 2-story volume ceilings in the foyer and great room. But the heart of this home is the fabulous kitchen with ample cabinetry and countertops, walk-in pantry, and center island.
