Lisa
is the owner/broker of L.Schaefer Real Estate. She established her own company after working with Routt Homes since its inception. The professional experience she gained there, and a Master Degree in Business, Lisa has what it takes to run a real estate business. She derives satisfaction from helping her clients with every aspect of buying or selling a home, and takes pride in the high level of service she provides each customer. As a mother herself, Lisa knows what matters most to families making a move. Lisa is a member of the St. Charles Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Lesley Landreth
Lesley
is the Office Manager at Routt Homes. She has over 15 years experience in customer service. She is responsible for ensuring quality customer service and all aspects of running the office. It is her first responsibility to ensure that the customer's first impression of the Routt Homes is superior.

Eric Pearson
Eric
is the Superintendent for all of Routt Homes' subdivisions. He is responsible for maintaining lasting relationships with our vendors, sub-contractors and our homeowners to ensure quality customer service. He ensures that each one of our homes is quality built with perfection and integrity. |

Emily Zelle
Emily is the office assistant and reception for Routt Homes and L. Schaefer Real Estate. She is our "Girl Friday"; she helps where ever she is needed with in the company. |
