Brian Routt is the builder & architect with nearly a decade of experience in St. Louis homebuilding. He was born and raised in St. Louis and lives in St. Charles County. Brian takes pride in building unique homes in exceptional neighborhoods that provide our customers with long-term value.
As a project architect for a large local builder, he was in charge of contracts, new designs and creative architectural & project management skills. Soon, he discovered a nice niche for personal service and attention to detail not offered by other builders & took the challenge to open his own homebuilding company.
