One of our most affordable ranch plans, the Richmond is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with an open, flowing design. The extra deep entry foyer with oversized coat closet offers a view through the great room to the back of the house. The great room and breakfast space are open to each other, creating one large family gathering place. You'll appreciate the big kitchen, complete with abundant cabinets, pantry, and breakfast bar overhang. The main floor laundry room is large enough for an optional utility sink. The Heritage is a slightly revised version of our 3 bedroom, 2 bath Richmond plan. While still an open design, there is a small wall between the kitchen and great room, which offers the homeowner the opportunity for a dining table and buffet in the front corner of the great room. The laundry room also was relocated into the garage, providing a large storage space, perfect for a work bench, lawn mower, or the kid's bikes. The master bedroom suite is very quiet with the placement of both bathrooms on the wall bordering the great room. If you've been looking for a well designed 1 ½ story design, look no further than our Gladstone plan. Unlike other 1 ½ story homes, our main floor master bedroom does not have second floor bedrooms above it, providing more peace and quiet for the owners. As you enter the formal entry foyer, you view an impressive turned staircase leading to the 2nd floor. The 14' x 12' dining room is large enough for a dinner party of eight, plus wall space for a dining hutch. Our kitchen is better - three walls of cabinets, abundant countertop space, center island for food preparation, and pantry. Buyers love the open arrangement of the great room, breakfast room, and kitchen - all with views of the rear yard. With the laundry room placed off to the side, you can enter from the garage without opening a second door, convenient when bringing in the groceries.
